Pere Vilarasau
Our founder and Director at Cerro Castillo Mountain Guides. He was born in Barcelona in 1969, Spain. He became IFMGA Mountain Guide in 2005. Pere has spent the last 25 years working as a mountain guide in the Andes Range and Europe. He has been devoted to explore virgin mountain ranges such as Carabaya Range, Vilcanota Range, Yelcho Range, Quimza Cruz, Torres del Brujo, Cerro Castillo Range, San Lorenzo and San Valentín. Half of the year Pere is based at Chamonix and the other half in Aysén, around Cerro Castillo village, Chile.

Raimundo De Andraca
IFMGA Mountain Guide from Chile. He was born in 1993 and has always been surrounded by the mountains in his life. Rai, as we call him, has done severals ski descents in the central Andes and Patagonia. In the recent years, he has been climbing and skiing around South America, the Alps, Alaska and the Canadian Rockies. He is based in Cerro Castillo village, Chile.

Violeta Sepúlveda
UIMLA Guide. She was born in 1994 in Santiago, Chile. Violeta studied geography at the Catholic University of Santiago, motivated by her interest in understanding nature and its forms. In 2017, she trained as a UIMLA guide in La Pobla de Segur, Spain. She is an avid climber and our hiking guide. In recent years, she has been devoted to raising her climbing level and guiding trails around Patagonia. Violeta is based in Cerro Castillo village, Chile.

Diego Sáez
IFMGA Aspirant Guide. He was born in 1981 in Punta Arenas, Chile. Diego has been dedicated to explore and document several ski descents and climbings around the world. In the last years, he has been climbing and skiing around the Canadian Rockies, USA, Pakistan, Ecuador, Perú and Argentina. He is based in Cerro Castillo village, Chile.
